Project Acceptance

Any payment, advance, token amount, or invoice settlement shall constitute acceptance of these Terms.

• Milestone-based projects must follow the agreed payment schedule.
• Final delivery will only occur after complete payment clearance.

Project Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes only.

Delivery dates may vary based on:

• Client delays
• Revision requests
• Third-party services
• Technical requirements

Revisions

• Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Ownership

Project ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

Until then, all intellectual property remains the property of CYV Solutions.

Service Suspension

Services may be suspended for:

• Non-payment
• Abuse
• Fraud
• Violation of these terms

Limitation of Liability

CYV Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall remain with the courts of West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
