Client Responsibilities
The client must:
- Provide accurate information
- Supply required content
- Respond promptly to communications
- Maintain lawful use of services
Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, graphics, automation systems, and development assets remain property of CYV Solutions until full payment is received.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information.
Third-Party Services
CYV Solutions is not responsible for downtime or failures caused by:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment gateways
- Cloud services
- External APIs
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Termination
CYV Solutions may suspend or terminate services without notice if terms are violated.
Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
