Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to CYV Solutions are strictly non-refundable.

This includes:

• Advance payments
• Deposits
• Token amounts
• Development fees
• Hosting fees
• Domain registration fees
• Third-party software costs

Client Cancellation

If the client chooses to cancel a project at any stage:

• No refund shall be provided.
• All work completed remains the property of CYV Solutions.

Company Cancellation

CYV Solutions reserves the right to terminate services due to:

• Non-payment
• Lack of communication
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of agreements

No refunds shall apply in such circumstances.

Revision Policy

Clients are entitled to two revision rounds during the design stage.

Further revisions will be charged separately.

Third-Party Expenses

Payments made for:

• Domains
• Hosting
• APIs
• Software licenses

are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to refunds or cancellations shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
